New Shoots

2016

New Shoots is a poetic partnership between the Red Room Company and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The project celebrates and cultivates poems inspired by plants and place.

For the gardens' 200th anniversary, Mark Tredinnick, Eileen Chong and Eric Avery were commissioned to create "poetic pathways". These were installed throughout the garden, leading visitors through the space in new ways, and experiencing it through site specific poetry.

This mock pamphlet was created for the event as an A6 booklet that folds out into an A3 poster.
