2021

Soft Artifacts is a group show curated by Isabella Brown and Annie Huang, exhibited at Goodspace Gallery in May 2021. 

Existing between the lines of the practical and the artistic, the anthropological and the personal, Soft Artifacts are the artworks we create for ourselves and others.

Featuring the work of 18 artists who discuss, make and create in the textile medium, the show explored the varied world of contemporary textile practice. 

A catalogue was created for the show, recording each artist’s relationship with the medium and their current work.
